Brett Weiss, founder of Weiss Scholarship Foundation, presents information at the Rotary Club of Aurora Monday. Weiss has made six trips to help the Villagers of Dago in Kenya. His foundation has a global grant and is looking for a lead partner. The Foundation plans to build two new classrooms, a bathroom for girls and one for boys, and provide training for teachers. Weiss said the average Kenyan has four years of education. The average cost for a four-year high school education is $3,500. The foundation has provided scholarships for 27 boys and 27 girls.
