West Aurora High School Football Program will be host its third annual Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry 7 v 7 Friday, July 19 at West Aurora High School, 1201 E. New York Street, Aurora.
It will be a competitive 7 on 7 tournament. The program covers all fees associated with the tournament and in return asks the programs invited to the 7 on 7 tournament to raise goods and money for the Aurora Interfaith Food Pantry. We have raised nearly $4,000 in goods/money the past two years and we hope to top that total this year!
The participating teams this year are: West Aurora, Morris, Wheaton Academy, Elmwood Park, Plano, Yorkville, Batavia, and Glenbard East.
Batavia has won the event the past two years.
Teams are put into pool play starting at 8:30 a.m. with the championship rounds beginning at 8:30 a.m..
