Shoppers will find many bargains at the Fall Rummage and Bake Sale from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20 and from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Yorkville Congregational United Church of Christ.
A wide selection of reasonably-priced household goods, toys, books, clothing for all ages, furniture, tools, holiday decor, collectibles, and jewelry will be available. All adult clothing is priced at $1 and children’s clothes are 50¢ each.
A popular addition to the sale is the Friday-only bake sale featuring a wide assortment of home baked goodies, which sell out quickly.
Saturday is Bag Day when bargain hunters can fill a brown paper grocery bag for only $3 per bag. Remaining larger items, which do not fit in a grocery bag, may be purchased at half price Saturday morning.
