Residents Invited to Trick-or-Treat at Aurora City Hall on Halloween

Aurora families are invited to trick-or-treat at Aurora City Hall for the third annual Halloween at City Hall event.

From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place, will be host to costumed trick-or-treaters who can visit City departments for candy, treats, and special handouts.

“Last year, we had more than 2,000 visitors to City Hall on Halloween,” said mayor Richard C. Irvin. “We look forward to welcoming adults and children as they stop in each department and get an early start to the evening Halloween activities.”

Official citywide trick-or-treating hours in the City of Aurora begin at 4 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m..
