Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone
It will be a night with unlimited buttered popcorn and bottled water. Rosary Trivia Night
Rosary High School’s Parents Auxiliary will be host to a trivia night at the school, 901 N. Edgelawn Drive. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the game will begin at 7 p.m.. The City of Aurora will honor the life and legacy of Revernd Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on his annually observed birthday. Play for Pride: A Games & Trivia Fundraiser
The fundraiser for Aurora Pride will feature tabletop games, bingo, and trivia. Guests may bring their favorite board games or play some of the games provided by organizers. Several rounds of bingo will be offered throughout the afternoon. There will be a trivia competition during the second half of the event. All ages are welcome, Ballydoyle, 28 W. New York Street. Guests can make a $5 donation for three rounds of bingo. The entry donation for the trivia contest is $20 for a team of up to four people. All proceeds from the event will go toward the 2020 Aurora Pride Parade which will be Sunday, June 14 at noon. Navy League to hear ‘Moral Wounds of War’
“The Moral Wounds of War” will be explored at the dinner meeting of Navy League Aurora Council 247. U.S. Army Major Gen. James H. Mukoyama, Jr. (Ret.) a Chicago native and Glenview resident, founded Military Outreach USA (MOUSA), a nonprofit to heal veterans’ moral wounds of war, will be the keynote speaker at Grandma’s Table Restaurant, 1700 Douglas Road. Gen Mukoyama, a highly decorated Vietnam War veteran of two combat tours, founded MOUSA after recognizing that many veterans return to civilian life with wounds that affect them morally and religiously.

The Oswego Cultural Arts Commission celebrates women in the arts with the return of LUNAFEST, a fundraising film festival of shorts by and about women. This year’s films cover topics such as identity, aging, life changes and breaking through gender barriers.
