Attendees can spend their Winter planning for Spring with the Kane County Master Gardeners’ “Think Spring” classes at the University of Illinois Extension office in St. Charles.
“Our new Winter gardening series is under way, but there’s still plenty of time to register for upcoming sessions,” said Sarah Fellerer, master gardener program coordinator in Kane County. “Trained Master Gardeners lead each session, and we have a variety of popular topics to choose from. Mix and match to attend all those that interest you!”
Remaining topics are Landscaping for Dogs Thursday, Jan. 30, Pollinators Tuesday, Feb. 4, Sustainable Gardening Tuesday, Feb. 18 and Garden Preparation Thursday, March 19.
All sessions are conducted at the U of I Extension office of Kane County, 535 S. Randall Road, St. Charles. Registration is required, and cost is $10 per person per session.
