Beginning August 31, the DuPage County Community Based Testing Site (CBTS) will be open from 7 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, or until 600 tests are completed each day.
The drive-through CBTS opened June 16 on the DuPage County Complex for anyone to be tested for COVID-19. The COVID-19 test is free, and no appointment, doctor referral, or insurance is needed.
To ensure the safety of testing personnel, the test will be done while you are sitting in your vehicle. You must be sitting at a functioning window and cannot exit your vehicle while at the test site. No motorcycles will be allowed to enter and no pets are allowed in the vehicle.
The DuPage County CBTS will be closed Monday, Sept. 7 to observe Labor Day and will reopen at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8.
Both the DuPage County Board and the DuPage County Health Department remain committed to address the significant impact and unfortunate loss of life related to COVID-19. Our collaborative efforts continue with healthcare and community partners to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in DuPage County.
