The Kane County Health Department’s (KCHD) Kane Health Counts Chronic Disease Action Team will present a free Zoom online webinar “Maintaining Your Health During a Pandemic” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8. Dr. Omar Z. Aiyash, family medicine physician, Rush Copley Medical Group, will present on how to manage your chronic conditions, followed by a Q&A panel with experts on cancer, diabetes, heart health, nutrition, and community resources. Participants are welcome to participate in a question and answer session.
