Dear editor;
My husband, Stan, and I went to Rush-Copley in Aurora today, for our COVID-19 vaccines and it was so easy. We wish the whole country will get vaccinations so we can get well.
Our doctor signed us up January 14 with appointments to receive the vaccines January 29.
We saw on television long lines waiting for vaccines, so we thought it might be a long process and did not know what to expect.
It took only 10 minutes to receive the shots. When we walked in, the nurses held up paddles to direct us where to go for the shots.
After the shots, we waited in a room for 15 minutes to make sure we did not have a bad reaction to the shots and so we could drive home without a problem. We received a small gift bag.
We are just so happy the process went so quickly.
