Gender dysphoria is a rare psychological condition for some teens battle. With males, it occurs between .003-.014% of the population. In females it occurs less frequently at a rate of .002-.003% of the time. Teens or even pre-teen children, experiencing this disorder, feel they are not the gender they were born. Politics has entered into this issue with the ever-present social justice warriors whose goal it has been to make victims of every one of us. Children with identity crises are used to throw doubt into what men and women are and how it is we are men and women.
There is legislation being proposed now to allow children (minors) to have decision-making power over sex reasignment surgeries and hormone therapies that would change these children’s secondary sex characteristics to the sex they think they should be. And these social justice warriors think it would be a good idea to make these therapies available to children without parental input. It is how deep government wants to infiltrate and disrupt the parental rights of Americans. Parental authority is on the chopping block with socialists. Social justice warriors go as far as to say there is no difference between men and women, and that sexual identity depends on personal feelings and how a person identifies, rather than what the sex chromosomes have determined their sex to be. And because they have decided these things for the Neanderthal public….parents must get out of the way of these progressive do-gooders. Even the medical establishment has gone soft with the language in terms of whether these children suffer from a psychological disorder or not….. Chromosomal and genetic make-up be damned.
In my previous article, in The Voice, I talked of the importance of sexual reproduction producing diversity in all populations of plants and animals. Diversity, not sameness, guarantees some individuals of any population of plants or animals will survive calamities occurring in their environments. Not only does sexual reproduction create diversity between individuals of a population, it determines specific characteristics of males and females in every species.
The genders have purpose and roles to play because of the genetics and chromosomes that determine their characteristics. Hormones produced by male and female sex organs determine secondary sexual characteristics whether we are humans or Cardinals. Identity crises and how our brains have been socialized have no bearing on the sex organs we have, and as a result, the hormones produced by them. If we have XY sex chromosomes we have male genitalia and testes that produce testosterone. Testosterone in males begins to be produced in puberty which then influences the development of a larger muscle mass to the body and more aggressive behavior. If we have XX sex chromosomes we have female genitalia with ovaries which produce several hormones to include estrogen. Females going through puberty develop their secondary sex characteristics as a result of estrogen and other female hormones they produce. The female brain develops differently than the male brain in terms of aggression.
Once the sex hormones are released into the body during puberty….they will determine the secondary sex characteristic of the individual as male or female. These are permanent changes. So if a male goes through puberty, then thinks to change its sex, bodies already have undergone a permanent change that cannot be reversed. The same is true of women.
Treatment of a male with female hormone will cause feminine characteristics to develop but cannot reverse all of what has happened previously. A woman treated with testosterone injections will become male-like. This therapy was actually used by the East German Women’s Olympic teams in the 1970s and 1980s. As a result, the East German women dominated the Olympics during this time. Eventually they were found out. But it was too late for the East German Women who had massive health issues for the rest of their lives. It was too late for those women who competed against the East German women. The German women set world record after world record each time they competed and wiped out their competition. Women, from the other countries, who didn’t get the hormone treatments, competed in the shadows with no medals or recognition for their efforts. So it is today for women competing against biological men.
