The Juneteenth car parade and festival will be held in Aurora Saturday, June 19. Cars will roll at 3:15 p.m. from Smith Street on the East Side near Phillips Park and end at MLK Park on Farnsworth Avenue with a festival. The Community Advocacy Awareness Network (CAAN) and African American Men of Unity are in collaboration in the planning of both events. The Festival will begin at 3:30 p.m..
