In advance of Veterans Day, the public is invited to join the beloved “Cheers For Veterans” gala for its return at Bobak’s Signature Events in Woodridge, www.signatureevent.com, Thursday, Nov. 4!
Now in its 11th year, the 2021 Cheers For Veterans event will feature fine dining, open bar, live music, silent and live auctions. The banquet room of Bobak’s will allow for ample space and safety, while permitting an enjoyable social and dining experience for attendees.
The evening will see a reprise of the efficacious and entertaining “Reverse Raffle” that was implemented in 2020 in place of an in-person event; every ticket will be pulled and a variety of prizes will be given along the way, including a TV for the 1st ticket, cash prizes for the 100th , 250th, 300th, 400th, and 450th ticket, …and the last three tickets pulled will win $1,000 cash (498th ticket), $2500 cash (499th ticket), and $10,000 for the 500th ticket pulled!

Naperville Responds For Veterans (www.napervilleresponds.org) is a 501(c)3 organization that assists local Veterans in need or in crisis by gathering donations of money, building materials, and professional labor, and coordinating the process of repairing or making accessibility upgrades to their homes.
NRFV organizes and is host to several Veteran-honoring events each year, including Cheers For Veterans, the Strength And Honor Luncheon, and this year’s immensely successful inaugural Naperville Salute festival (www.napervillesalute.org), a 4th-of-July weekend community festival.
