Kane County Covid-19 Vaccine Hub Closing

The Kane County Health Department (KCHD) announces that the Kane Vax Hub in Batavia will be closing in early January.

The last mass vaccination clinic will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m Wednesday, Dec. 15.

A pediatric Pfizer second dose only clinic is scheduled for on Wednesday, Dec. 29 and Wednesday, January 5, 2022. These clinics are scheduled only for those who received their first dose at the Kane Vax Hub site.  

In January, KCHD will begin providing vaccinations by appointment at the Aurora office, 1240 N. Highland Ave. Check KaneVax.org for availability.

An updated list of more than ninety COVID-19 vaccine providers in Kane County is available online at KaneHealth.com.

As of today, KCHD has administered 182,768 doses of COVID-19 vaccine at 270 community clinics; 124 of which were held at the Kane County Mass Vaccination sites.
