The City of Aurora government’s Purchasing Division will hold ‘”How to do Business with Aurora,” a free workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, May 7, at City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place in Aurora. Individual vendors and small to large vendors are invited.
Topics will include:
- An overview of the City’s Procurement Process;
- An overview of the City’s Bidding Process;
- Steps to become a registered vendor with the City;
- How to get WMBE-certified;
- A preview of upcoming City projects in 2024;
- Available business resources.
