Marmion Academy is pleased to announce that seniors, Adam Ozsvath and Matthew Sullivan, have been named Commended Students in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program. Ozsvath is the son of Keith and Susan Ozsvath of North Aurora and a graduate of The Avery Coonley School (Downers Grove). Sullivan is the son of Patrick and Jennifer Sullivan of Warrenville and a graduate of St. Irene Catholic School (Warrenville).

Approximately 34,000 Commended Students throughout the nation are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise demonstrated by their outstanding performance on the qualifying test (PSAT/NMSQT). Although they will not continue in the 2025 competition for National Merit Scholarship awards, Commended Students place among the top 50,000 of all high school students who entered the competition.
