Poem: Remember To Remember When

Share this article:

Each day, or week, or month. Or year,
Will have those moments you endear,
Which means you know them, and will make
The effort needed each will take
To have it worth the effort then,
Proscribing it be done again.
It’s true, some are as you had planned,
Though valuable, please understand,
These aren’t what you’ll remember most’
The ones your memories will toast.
The ones you’ll come to really prize
Will be the ones with a surprise
Of which you did not have a clue,
And may not even involve you.
Of these, they’re yours to reminisce.
That being said, my point is this—
In each of these, time and again,
Will have this point…remember when!
