Mrs. Bethany will teach how to create a Spirit Flute, just like the one from a popular video game. Registration is required.

•4-H Science Explorers, Thursday, June 26, 1:30 p.m. (ages 6-8) or 2:15 p.m. (ages 9-12).
Join our Science Explorers for science FUN! Learn about the Monarch Butterfly, the challenges that it faces to survive, and the unique life-cycle of butterflies. Through the 4-H Ag Innovators Experience, youth will have the opportunity to explore hands-on activities and develop critical thinking and problem solving skills to gain a better understanding of the declining monarch butterfly population.
•LEVEL UP Cookie Decorating, Friday, June 27, 2 p.m..
LEVEL UP your decorating skills. Mrs. Bethany will share techniques for working with fondants to create characters from a blocky sandbox game. Register soon, space is limited.
•Read with Paws, Saturday, June 28, 10:30 a.m..
Children can come to the library, select a book, and read to a furry friend. All therapy dogs and handlers have been certified by an accredited organization. This program was designed originally because children feel less pressure to read to a dog than an adult so, it was meant to be a way to help struggling readers or even just encourage reading. It is open to all levels of readers and non-readers. Please register for your 15 minute time slot on the YPL website. Space is limited. If you are unable to attend, please contact the library.
•Life Size Candyland, June 30- July 3 (during library open hours)
Stop by with your family to play Candyland. You will become the game piece as you move through the enchanted land.
