Mayor of Aurora, John Laesch, presents a banner to Hugo Saltijeral, center, 4th of July Parade Grand Marshal for this year. Hugo was honored for his leadership, generosity, and commitment to the community. The parade will step-off at the intersection of Benton Street and Broadway Avenue at 10 a.m., Friday, July 4.
