Pet of the Week: Frankie: Young Beagle loves others

Share this article:

Frankie is a male nine-month-old Beagle and Hound Mix.

Frankie enjoys running around in a fenced yard and playing with toys. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys interacting with humans. He has not been exposed to cats. He has separation anxiety and does not fare well when in a crate or kennel. When confined, he tends to bark, whine, and shred bedding. He would thrive best in a home where someone is present most of the time. At night, he prefers to sleep in his human’s bed. He is about 75% house-trained, but still requires timely outdoor breaks.
