The Batavia Lions Club invites the community to join in the holiday spirit at the ninth annual Underwear Party, benefiting the United Way Adopt-a-Family Program. The festive event will be held Thursday, Nov. 20, beginning at 6 p.m. at Pal Joey’s Restaurant, 31 N. River Street in Batavia.
There will be raffle baskets, special appetizers, and fun holiday-themed drinks. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new package of socks or underwear for children up to age 18 and/or contribute a $10 entrance fee.
All donations collected will go directly to the United Way’s Adopt-a-Family program.
