Lakota Sioux hoop dancer Starr Chief Eagle performs with three of 22 hoops November 22 at Santori Public Library in Aurora. The acclaimed hoop dancer uses her hoops to create dynamic shapes and symbols and tell stories of unity, transformation and the circle of life.
