St. Charles mayor Clint Hull, right, had the pleasure of visiting Irene Helen Schneider Koch to celebrate her 100th birthday. Irene raised five children in the home her husband, Hank, designed and has spent a lifetime sharing her love of music as a French horn and piano player, as well as a gifted church soloist. Her talents for decorating, crafting, and hosting brought warmth and creativity to every gathering.
