The Batavia Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the launch of its first-ever Pot O’ Gold cash raffle. The new fundraiser will support the Chamber’s Inspire Scholarship program for Batavia Public High School seniors.
Taking place throughout the month of March, the Pot O’ Gold Raffle will award 35 cash prizes totaling $6,000, including two $1,000 prizes drawn on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17. Raffle tickets are $10 each, with daily drawings featuring prizes ranging from $100 to $1,000. Once drawn for a prize, any winning ticket will be returned to the “pot” and is eligible for future drawings.
Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Batavia Chamber Inspire Scholarship Fund, which provides financial awards to graduating Batavia Public High School seniors who demonstrate community involvement, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact. Applications for the scholarships are now open and support students pursuing college, trade school, and career training pathways. Funds are paid directly to the institution the recipient will attend; visit batavia

“This new raffle gives our community a fun way to win while directly investing in Batavia’s future leaders,” said Margaret Perreault, president and CEO of the Batavia Chamber of Commerce. “Every ticket purchased helps support students who are working hard to make a difference in our community.”
Tickets are sold exclusively online and may be purchased by scanning a QR code available at participating Chamber member locations, including Garage 31, K. Hollis Jewelers, Red Hive Market, The Tea Tree, Sidecar Supper Club, Riverside Pizza & Pub, Overflow Batavia, and the Batavia Chamber office.
Only 1,500 tickets will be sold, and sales will continue through March 30. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older. Should ticket sales not reach the minimum threshold, daily cash prize amounts may be adjusted.
