The West Aurora Cemetery Association is looking for volunteers to help spruce up the Cemetery Saturday, April 25 from 9 a.m. to noon at 601 Wilder St., Aurora. Rain date will be May 25.
Some of the items we will be working on include: general garbage pick-up, weeding, bush trimming, and bundling. Please bring tools and gloves. Waivers are also required. If your organization would like a presentation on the history of the Cemetery, contact us at wacemetery@gmail.com.
The work day will be in preparation for the Memorial Day Ceremony Sunday, May 24 at 2 p.m..
