The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley’s 4th Annual “Tee Off to Defeat Diabetes” Golf Outing and Banquet is only a few days away, with a deadline of Sunday, May 31, at 10 p.m. to signup for the golf package(s) or steak dinner(s) only.
Join us Saturday, June 6, at Bliss Creek Golf Course, 1 Golf View Road, in Sugar Grove, for a 1 p.m. shotgun start.
Only $175 per golfer, which includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, golf cart, goody bag, and a great steak dinner!
Not a golfer…plan on attending the golf banquet? Steak dinner, door prizes, basket raffles, and 50/50 cash drawing! Dinner follows golf at 5 p.m.. Tickets: $50 per person.
Why not become a hole sponsor: Gold $500, Silver $400, Bronze $300, or put your name or business on our Friends of DCFV Sponsorship Banner for $150. Hole sponsors will be listed in our annual program and on the Friends of DCFV Banner, which will be displayed at the golf outing, and other Club events throughout the summer.

Members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley work together to bring about an awareness of diabetes in the Fox Valley area, while raising funds to support diabetes research at UChicago Medicine’s-Kovler Diabetes Center, aid uninsured and underinsured diabetic patients at VNA Health Care, assist diabetics through our “Jerry Youngren Diabetic Support Fund”, along with other meaningful donations to aid our Fox Valley community.
