Aurora’s Our Savior Lutheran Church will hold a free block party Saturday, July 25.
The family friendly event will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 420 W. Downer Place, Aurora.
Featured will be a hot dog-lunch, entertainment, children’s games and giveaways to the first 100 attendees.
Reverend Eric Miller, pastor, said “This is our way of letting the community know that Our Savior is still here in the community after 91 years and still going strong.”
Sunday worship is at 9:30 a.m. followed by coffee and fellowship at 10:30 a.m. and adult bible study at 10:45 a.m..
