Diabetes Club of Fox Valley to participate in Fifth Ward’s National Night Out, August 4; Diabetes Club’s first ‘Craft & Vendor Fair’, Sept. 12

The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley is signing up crafters, vendors and food trucks for our first annual “Craft & Vendor Fair”, Saturday, Sept. 12, at Rosary High School Gymnasium, 901 N. Edgelawn Drive, in Aurora, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m..

Why not join the 50 vendors and crafters already signed up? Single 8-foot by 8-foot booth space is $45. Multiple spaces can be purchased. All proceeds go to fight diabetes! Need more information, please call, text or send an E-mail to Sue Hubrick, 815-326-1162 or suehubrick@yahoo.com.

Annual “Dan Jakusz Night”, fundraiser, to benefit the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley, is being held Saturday, Aug. 1, at Joliet Slammers Stadium, 1 Mayor Art Schultz Drive, Joliet. Joliet Slammers vs New York Boulders. First pitch at 6:05 p.m..

Members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley will participate in Aurora alderman, Carl Franco’s Fifth Ward National Night Out (NNO), Tuesday, Aug. 4, at the Salvation Army facility, 550 Redwood Drive, in Aurora, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m..

Members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley meet monthly, on the second Wednesday of each month, January through November, at Oak Street Restaurant, 945 Oak Street, in North Aurora. Social/Optional Dinner at 5:30 p.m. and meetings begin at 6:30 p.m.. Guests are always welcome!
