Batavia’s Fermilab, Kirk and Pine St., Batavia, will host its annual Seed Harvest Saturday, Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Meet at the Lederman Science Center parking lot.
Attendees will help gather seeds in the prairie and lunch with snacks will be provided. Please bring gloves, paper bags to collect seed, and hand clippers. If you do not have those items, they will be provided.
All participants must sign a release and waiver of liability on the day of the seed harvest before participating in the event.
Registration is required at https://indico.fnal.gov/event/75942/registrations/4911. If you have previously registered you do not need to do so again. A Real ID compliant ID is required to enter the lab for those 18 and over.
