Halloween Happening is set for Sunday, Oct. 25 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Riverwalk Grand Pavilion, 912 Honorary Sindt Memorial Court, Naperville. The free event is designed for children ages 10 and under. Kids can enjoy fun Halloween-themed activities and games where they can collect treats and win prizes.
Halloween Happening is a longstanding community tradition created for young children. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our youngest participants, we ask attendees to follow these costume guidelines:
•Costumes must be family-friendly and cannot offend community standards for lewdness or obscenity
•Costume masks must allow for clear peripheral vision and have openings so the eyes can be fully seen
•Costume props or accessories that resemble or could be mistaken for real weapons are not permitted
