Esther’s Place is a small farm in Big Rock where individuals can create and purchase crafts from wool, attend classes, parties, and retreats. Ms Lewis spoke about her experiences growing up with hearing loss and the experience of opening Esther’s Place and working with fiber arts, raising sheep, and growing vegetables. Right is Kiwanis president Kim Groom, who was installed as the 103rd president of the Kiwanis Club of Aurora during the Club’s annual installation dinner September 26, at the Aurora Country Club. Installed were president-elect Steve Andras, treasurer Kim Granholm, and secretary Peggy Barry.
