After a year devoid of events, downtown Naperville is about to transform once again for a celebratory festival!
The inaugural Naperville Salute festival will be a celebration of our families, our community, and our hometown values; centered around our military service members and first responders, in a collective salute to them and to what they guard for us: Our safety and our freedom.
The Naperville Salute will blend family-friendly entertainment, dining, play, live music, and a fireworks extravaganza.
The weekend’s events will begin at Rotary Hill, 443 Aurora Avenue, at 4 p.m., $15 admission, Friday, July 2 with live music from The Rob Post Band which will open for The Starboards, followed by Catfight, food and beverage vendors, and special presentations for our military veterans.
Saturday, July 3, the gates will open at 10 a.m. to welcome folks to visit the admission-free Family Fun Zone; $15-admission entertainment will begin at 4 p.m. with Naperville Men’s Chorus, Convoy, Eric Chesser, and headliner Mike & Joe) including special presentations for our military veterans, and food and beverage vendors will be available all day and evening.
The Naperville Salute team plus directors of Naperville Responds For Veterans will appear.
The Naperville Salute’s free Independence Day observance will occur around 9:30 p.m. (gathering starting in late-afternoon is welcomed) at Frontier Park, 3380 Cedar Glade Drive, with food and beverage vendors available, plus a Fireworks Display with music choreographed by 95.9 The River.

The 2021 Naperville Salute is run by a team of devoted and patriotic volunteers; thusly 100% of the proceeds of the 2021 Naperville Salute will go to assist local veterans in need through Naperville Responds For Veterans, a Naperville 501(c)3 organization.
