An Oswego resident offers a way to aid Ukrainian refugees in Poland.
Leonard R. Wass recommends Polish Humanitarian Action (PHA), a charity. PHA provides humanitarian aid including food and other forms of support to people who had to leave their homes. The charity assists people affected by conflict both internally displaced as well as refugees coming to Poland.
Wass said relatives in Poland have been donating to PHA and opening their homes to refugees.
