“With the expected 40% to 60% rise in food costs this fundraiser is a critical part of ensuring that the Pantry is in a strong place to meet the increasing needs of our community in 2021,” said Shannon Cameron, executive director. “Your support helps hungry children, hardworking parents struggling to make ends meet, seniors on a fixed income, and others impacted by food insecurity in the greater Aurora area.”
The Aurora Food Pantry employs a food rescue program, food bank partnership, and a strong sense of fiscal responsibility to make all donations go as far as possible. For every $10 donated, the Pantry provides $80 worth of food.
