The Kiwanis Club of Aurora announces its solicitation for the God and Fellow Man Award for 2023. The award is an annual tradition since 1975 and honors those individuals whose lives consistently reflect a charitable spirit and acts of service in the Aurora area community. Many faith backgrounds as well as an array of contributions in services to others are included among the honorees.
Most recently we have honored Arlene and Dick Hawks, Jo Fredell Higgins, Dennis Wiggins, and Desiree Guzman.
The award recognizes a person, couple, or persons and has included a monetary recognition to the recipients choice of a charities or cause. A Spring banquet typically in late April honors the recipient and presents the award.
Applications are requested by March 15, 2023. Applications are available at the Kiwanis Club of Aurora website; AuroraKiwanis.org or can be requested from aurorakiwanisfoundation@gmail.com.
