The after dinner speaker will be Mr. Chris Baker whose topic will be Tattoos to Combat Human Trafficking. Mr. Baker owns INK 180, a tattoo and piercing parlor in Oswego. He became aware of Human Traffickers using tattoos on their victims, branding them as one would cattle. So, in October 2011 he founded the non-profit arm of INK 180 to offer the opportunity for a second chance to the least of these, the invisible, the forgotten, and the discarded.

He provides his time, supplies, and artwork, entirely free of charge to former gang members trying to get their lives back on track as well as the victims of Human Trafficking. INK 180 is entirely funded by donations; no charge is ever asked of the people receiving Chris’ ministry. The goal of the INK 180 Ministry is to join forces with other tattoo artists and dermatology groups from across the country to provide free tattoo cover-ups or removals. Since starting this ministry he has performed more than 2,000 free sessions.
