Aurora Noon Lions Club will celebrate Fat Tuesday, March 1, the day prior to the start of Ash Wednesdays and Lent, with a pizza and pasta fundraiser.
The all-you-can-eat dinner is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center, 732 Prairie Street in Aurora. The public is invited. Parking is free.
Proceeds will benefit Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry and Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry and Lions’ programs supporting vision- and hearing-impaired persons.
The menu includes pizza, pasta, lettuce salad, garlic bread and punch. Admission is $10 for adults and $7 for children ages four to 12. Tickets will be available at the door or from Lions members.
