The Batavia Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of Cross Kicks Fitness with a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, June 9. The Batavia Chamber member is located at 143 S. Randall Road in Batavia, next to Jewel-Osco.
Batavia mayor Jeffery Schielke presided over the celebration along with Batavia club owners John Piaskowy, Ilona Lubonska, and Gary Urwiler. Special guests attending were Tony Wuebker, president of Cross Kicks Fitness and Abby Wuebker, COO of Cross Kicks, as well as other area franchise owners. Also, among the well-wishers were Batavia Chamber President Margaret Perreault, Chamber Communications and Membership Coordinator Shirley Mott, chamber ambassadors, friends, and family.
