Batavia Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremonies: Hollis Jewelers, Boutique & Wine Bar; Stronger Therapeutic Counseling Services

The Batavia Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening for K. Hollis Jewelers, Boutique & Wine Bar with a multi-chamber ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, Nov. 10. The nearly 20-year journey for K. Hollis Jewelers entered its next chapter when they moved into their new location at 2030 W. Main Street in Batavia and became K. Hollis Jewelers, Boutique & Wine Bar. The Geneva Chamber of Commerce and the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce participated in the event. Batavia Mayor Jeffery Schielke presided over the celebration, along with owners Karen and Rob Hollis. Geneva Mayor Kevin Burns and Debbie Gurley, interim executive director for the St. Charles Chamber also spoke. Among the well-wishers were Batavia Chamber President and CEO Margaret Perreault; Patti Anselme, chamber special events coordinator; members of the Hollis family, and many well-wishers from the various chambers and the community. The Batavia Chamber of Commerce celebrated the five-year anniversary for Stronger Therapeutic Counseling Services with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Nov. 11 at their Batavia office at 201 Houston Street, Suite 5. Batavia Mayor Jeffery Schielke presided over the celebration, along with founder Kelly Jacobson, her family, and her team.
