Batavia football players kept an undefeated record intact at West Aurora’s 7 on 7 tournament Friday, July 19.
For a third year, Batavia won the benefit for Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry in Aurora.
Results reported by event coordinator and West Coach Nate Eimer were: Batavia, first place; West Aurora, second; Morris, third; Glenbard East, fourth; Wheaton Academy, fifth; Yorkville, sixth; Plano, seventh; and Elmwood Park, eighth.
Teams were asked to contribute monetary and food donations to the event.
