Senior Services Associates and the United City of Yorkville will be host to a BBQ and Big Band Night as part of the Hometown Days celebration Thursday, Sept. 2 at the Beecher Center, 908 Game Farm Road in Yorkville.
Dinner will be served from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the Yorkville Big Band will perform from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m..
Dinner will be catered by 5B’s and you will have a choice of: Two BBQ pork chops, half BBQ chicken, or a combination. Dinner will include baked beans, cole slaw, applesauce, bread and butter. You will have the option to dine under the tent or a carry out a meal. The event will take place rain or shine.
Tickets are available at the Beecher Center for $13 per dinner or $25 for two dinners.
