The Montgomery Economic Development Corporation and Country Financial teamed up to provide an informative lunch-and-learn event recently that provided business owners ways to help prepare business for the future. Key topics included insurance for the top staff members and owners of the company, and the proper structure of the business.
Scott Lovejoy RICP, AAMS, a financial security consultant, from the Milwaukee suburbs and an employee of Country Financial provided excellent information and provided options for building nest egg and the many choices that are available for business and employees.
The event was held May 16 at Montgomery Village Hall, 200 N. River. Lunch was catered by Olive Garden and provided courtesy of Country Financial.
A gift card was raffled to the group which was donated from the MindTrapEscapeRooms, in Montgomery, Illinois. Additional raffles donated by Country Financial included Yeti cups, a Cooler and Kane County Cougar tickets.
