Alderman of Aurora’s 8th Ward, Rick Mervine, plays host to a Meet The Candidates Night and Aurora 8th Ward Candidates Forum Thursday, March 14 at Eola Community Center.
The forum was moderated by Ken Duncan, former Indian Prairie Education Foundation chairman.
From left candidates for Aurora 8th Ward alderman: Patty Smith, Savannah Smith, Tom Weil; candidates for Aurora alderman-at-large Sherman Jenkins (incumbent) and Brooke Shanley. Alderman-at-large candidate Durrell Williams was not in attendance.
