Magical Starlight Theatre, a Naperville Park District program, will presents its January 2025 production, Cinderella, the weekends of January 10-12 and 17-19, 2025 at Naperville Central High School, 440 Aurora Avenue. The cast of Cinderella has been working hard since early October and is looking forward to sharing the magical tale with the community.
“It’s a good two hours of just leaving life for a little bit and enjoying a fantasy,” said the show’s director, Matt Colbert. “It gives the audience time to just take a breather and enjoy an alternate reality.”
The classic story of Cinderella tells the tale of a pure-hearted girl named Ella, someone who treats everyone with kindness despite her unfair treatment from her stepmother, Madame. Ella’s good nature is rewarded when she is transformed into an elegant young lady by her Fariy Godmother and gets the opportunity to meet her Prince at the ball. Nicole Zralka, cast as Ella, is excited to show the community her interpretation of the iconic princess.
