Edgelawn Drive from Jericho Road to Prairie Street in Aurora got a makeover April 10.
Celebrating NCAA Division 3 Week, about 25 Aurora University male and female Spartan athletes cleared the Edgelawn roadway of debris. The annual service project was coordinated by Morgan Stenson, assistant athletic director and Christina Bonaparte, women’s lacrosse head coach.
In another service project, AU students volunteered during a weekly food distribution Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry in Aurora.
