Members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley will hold their May membership meeting Wednesday, May 14, at Oak Street Restaurant, 945 Oak Street, in North Aurora.
Meeting will be held in the East Banquet Room. Dinner is optional on members’ own from the menu at 5:30 p.m. and meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m..
Guest speaker for this month’s membership meeting will be Mark Gaffino, mayor and Village president of North Aurora.
Invite a friend, family member or business associate to attend this meeting with you, to find out what’s happening, in North Aurora. Guests are always welcome!
Our Club’s May Meet and Greet, organized by media chairperson, Ann McBride, to expose our Club and our mission, will be held Saturday, May 17, from 9 a.m. to noon, at Panera Bread, 1690 S. Randall Road, in Geneva.
Why not stop by, meet some of our members, pickup information on diabetes, prediabetes and healthy meal planning, while enjoying a great cup of coffee.
The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley’s 3rd Annual “Tee Off to Defeat Diabetes” Golf Outing and Banquet, will be held Friday, June 20, at Bliss Creek Golf Course, 1 Golf View Road, in Sugar Grove, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.
Why not join the forty-eight golfers already signed up? Only $150 per golfer, which includes a hot dog lunch, golf cart, goody bag, and a great steak dinner! Members of the Diabetes Club of Fox Valley work together, to provide diabetes awareness in the Fox Valley area, while raising funds to provide aid and education for diabetics, along with investing in research to find a cure.

The Diabetes Club of Fox Valley is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization, a true grassroots organization, where all monies raised through dues, donations and fundraising is used in our fight against diabetes.
