Naperville Park District’s Fort Hill Activity Center will be a partner with a Chicago nonprofit, Cradles to Crayons, as host to a donation drive from from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, Martin Luther King Day, to help children who are homeless, or living in low-income situations.
The community is invited to bring new or gently used Winter coats and warm clothing, sizes newborn to adult medium, Winter boots sizes newborn to adult size 10, toys and books for ages zero to 12, to the Fort Hill Activity Center in Naperville.
These items will be collected and distributed to those in need at no charge by Cradles to Crayons. Fort Hill Activity Center is at 20 Fort Hill Drive in Naperville.
Visitors to Fort Hill Activity Center do not need to have a membership to enter the facility; memberships and daily fees apply only to use of specific areas, such as the fitness center, or gymnasium.
