Members of the Naperville Park District Police invite the community to contribute new, unwrapped, toys for the 2020 DuPage County Toys for Tots program, presented by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Toys will be collected at various locations now through Saturday, Dec. 12.
“It’s not too early to think about purchasing a few extra toys to brighten the holidays for kids in need,” said Chief Steve Schindlbeck. “With more families experiencing financial hardships this year, your donations will be greatly appreciated.”
Collection sites include:
• Park District Administration Building – Drop off toys in the collection box in the vestibule, 320 W. Jackson Avenue.
• Central Maintenance Facility, located at 427 Martin Avenue, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m..
• Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center, 305 W. Jackson Avenue, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m..
• Fort Hill Activity Center, 20 Fort Hill Drive, Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m..
• 95th Street Center, 2244 W. 95th Street, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Toys for Tots accepts only new, unwrapped, toys. Please do not donate stuffed animals, or toy weapons.
