Summer may be six months away, but Thomas J. Weisner RiverEdge Park, 360 N. Broadway Street, in downtown Aurora is already hot to announce five live music events to jumpstart its 2019 Summer season:
• Brian Wilson presents Pet Sounds: The Final Performances with special guests Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin, Sunday, June 23. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and the concert will start at 7 p.m.. Tickets are $30-$80; VIP Packages $195-$495
• Dark Star Orchestra, Friday, July 5. Gates will open at 6 p.m. and concert will start at 7 p.m.. Tickets are $25 through May 31; $35 starting June 1.
• Downtown Alive! American English, Friday, July 12. Gates will open at 6 p.m. and concert will start at 8 p.m.. Tickets are $2 through May 31; $4 starting June 1.
• The Mavericks with special guest Los Lobos, Friday, July 26. Gates will open at 5 p.m. and concert will start at 7 p.m.. Tickets are $35 through May 31; $45 starting June 1.
• Downtown Alive! – Hollywood Nights – A Bob Seger Experience, Friday, Aug. 9. Gates will open at 6 p.m. and concert at 8 p.m.. Tickets are $2 through May 31; $4 starting June 1.
