The severe storms Friday, March 14 leveled the sign at Aurora Pancake House, 321 N. Lake Street, Aurora. The storms ripped through the Fox Valley area and tore the roof off of historic First United Methodist Church in Elgin, and caused the loss of power for nearly 3,000 Kane County residents.Al Benson/The Voice
