A special guest will be behind the bar at Wyckwood House, 80 S. River Street in downtown Aurora, Saturday, Dec. 7 evening. Marissa Amoni, of Aurora, from Marissa Bright PR, Boss Babes, Alley Art Festival, and more will take a bartending shift from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m..
“We’re thrilled to welcome Marissa,” said owner and founder Shannon Gutierrez.
“Marissa will be gifting all tips earned to Mutual Ground, supporting their amazing work in serving families and individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence and substance use disorders. We look forward to a night of handcrafted cocktails, great company, and the chance to make a difference in our community,” Gutierrez said of the evening.
“Even if you can’t make it, consider supporting Mutual Ground by donating directly, volunteering, or telling others about the event,” she added.
The special evening will coincide with Aurora Downtown’s Jolly Trolley, which runs in a loop from downtown to Christkindlmarket on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m..
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available, and a festive cocktail menu will feature drinks for the holiday season.
